Public sanitary sewer service is <br />available to the subdivision, and the Subdivider agrees to <br />connect all structureds in the subdivision to the sanitary <br />sewer system before applying for occupancy permits. <br />3. Drainage. The Subdivider agrees to grade the lots <br />of the subdivision in conjunction with khe structures thereon <br />so that storm water drains to the public right-of-way or to <br />the drainage Swale nn the south of the Subdivision. <br />4. Flood Mazard. Lots ? and 3 of the Subdivisinn are <br />partially located in the flood plain. If residential <br />structures are constructed xn the flood hazard area, such <br />structures shall have the lowest floor, including basements, <br />at a minimum of one foot above the elevation of the lOA-year <br />flnod plain, or flaadproofed to such elevation, the method of <br />floodproofrng shall be certified by a professional registered <br />engineer or architect and approved by the bailding department <br />of the Gi t y of (3r-and I sl and. <br />b. Warranty. The undersigned owner, as Subdivider, <br />warrants that it cs the owner in fee simples of the land <br />described and prapased to be known as STEWART PLACE SECOND <br />SUBDIVISION, and that an abstract of title will be submitted <br />for examination, rf necessary, upon request of the City of <br />Brand Island. <br />..
