<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That on the 30 day of June 1982, Fidelity National Title
<br />Insurance Company was named as Trustee of a certain Deed
<br />of Trust in which Willis L. Dawkins, was Trustor, and Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc., was Beneficiary, which was recorded as Document
<br />No. 82-002672 on the 30 day of June 1982, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That on
<br />the 30 day of June 1982, the Trust Deed was assigned to
<br />Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, as Beneficiary, and such
<br />Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No. 82-002840, nn July 9, 1982, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That on the 17 day of
<br />November 1983, Overland National bank of Grand Island was
<br />appointed successor Trustee under the Trust Deed and such
<br />substitution of Trustee was retarded in the Office of the
<br />Register ~~f Deeds of Ha 11 County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />83-006499 en December 9, 1983. That on the 15 day of February
<br />1984, Jahn R. Brownell was appointed successor Trustee under
<br />the 'T'rust Deed and such substitution of Trustee was recorded
<br />in the Office ref the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document Nc~. 84-000842 on February 15, 1984. That said
<br />Tr~.ist Deed <rantcd a power of sale under said Trust Deed
<br />to the Trustee and his successor, and on the 29 day of
<br />December 1483, said irustee filed a Notice of Default of
<br />said Deed ,~f Trust: :hat said Notice of Default was recorded
<br />in the Uffi~e .~t the Register c>t Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, ss Document Na. 83-006189; that on the .3 day of
<br />January 1984, a copy c?f said Notice of Default was mailed
<br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the following
<br />persons: Willis i.. Dawkins, 416 East 10, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801, and Hail County, c/a Hall County Attarney,
<br />F.O. 6ax 367, grand Island, Nebraska b$802. That an the
<br />6 daV ui March 1984, a Notice of `trustee's Sale was mailed
<br />by certified mail, return receipt requested, to [he fallowing
<br />persons: Willis i.. Dawkins, 416 East 10 Street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and Hall County, cia Hall Cauney Treasurer, 121
<br />South Pine street, Grand island, ivebraaka 68801. That the
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed ~~E Trust directed the Trustee to
<br />sell the fallowing described promises, ta-wit:

<br />f\ddieiun to the City_ of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />at public auction in the Gaunty where the premises are situated,
<br />giving public notice of the time and place of said sale accord-
<br />ing to law, and whereas, pursuant to said directions and
<br />of the terms of the Deed of Trust, did on the 12 day of April
<br />1984, sell at public auction in the Tower lobby of the Court-
<br />house in the City of Crand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />the premises described above, having first given due legal
<br />notice of the time and place of said sale fer five (5) consecu-
<br />tive weeks, the last publication being more than ten (10)
<br />days and less than thirty (30) days prior to said sale, in
<br />the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper, as
<br />required by law, at which sale the premises were Bald to
