<br />WARRANTY DEED O/~ _,,,002022 <br />DONALD STUP4P, herein called the Grantor, for and in <br />consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND <br />AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($225,000.00), received from Grantees, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />MELVIN D. BAHENSKY and IRENE D. BAHENSKY, husband and wife, <br />the following described real estate situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />East Four Hundred Fifty and 04/100 feet of Lots <br />Eight (8) and Nine (9) in the County Subdivision <br />of the South Half (S~) of Section Five (5), Township <br />Nine (91 North, Range Nine (9), Ydest of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their <br />heirs and assigns forever.
