<br />.00198? <br />8a -- <br />11. Miscellaneous Provisions. <br />A. Any forebearance in exercising any right <br />or remedy shall not be a waiver thereof. <br />B. All remedies provided herein are distinct <br />and cumulative to any other right afforded <br />by law or equity, and may be exercised caa~- <br />currently, independently or successively. <br />C. The covenants and agreements contained <br />herein shall bind, and the rights inure <br />to, the respective successors and assigns <br />of the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee. <br />D. All covenants and agreements of the Mortgagor <br />are joint and several. <br />E. The headings of the paragraphs of this <br />Mortgage are for convenience only and shall <br />not be used to interpret or define the pro- <br />visions hereof. <br />F, Mortgagor shall pay to the Mortgagee a <br />late charge of 5 percent of any monthly <br />installment not received by the Mortgagee <br />within 1S days after the installment is due. <br />G. Mortgagee may prepay the principal amount <br />outstnading in whole or in part. The <br />Mortgagee may require that any partial pre- <br />payments (i) be made on the date annual <br />installments are due and {ii) be in the <br />amount of that part of one or more annual <br />installments which would be applicable <br />to principal. Any partial prepayment shall <br />be applied against the principal amount out- <br />standing and shall not postpone the due date <br />of any subsequent monthly installments or <br />change the amount of such installments, <br />unless the Mortgagee shall otherwise agree <br />in writing. <br />12. Release.
