B. LOAN CHARGES <br />It could be that the loan secured by the Security Instrument is subject to a law w.uch seta mezimum <br />loan charges and that law ie in so that the interest or other loan charges collected or to be ceIlected <br />in connection with the loan woal~d ~c~eed permitted limits.
