<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Ronald B. Saner
<br />and Melody M. Saner, husband and wife, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey, and confirm to the Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority, the following-described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />The South Fifty (S50) Feet of Lot Seven (7),
<br />Block Ten (10), in Packer and Barr's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Ha 11 County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />together with all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appur-
<br />tenances to the same belonging, and all the estate, title,
<br />right of homestead, claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or
<br />to the same, or any part thereof, in consideration of [he full
<br />cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgage to the First
<br />National Bank of Osceola, Nebraska, filed September 8, 198f1,
<br />as Document #80-004901, and said mortgage was assigned to
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (now Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authority), filed September 8, 1980, as Document ~$0-
<br />004902, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having..
<br />sold said real estate to the Grantee for a fair and adequate cones
<br />sideration, such consideration being full satisfaction of all
<br />obligations secured by the mortgage of Grantors recorded as
<br />Document No. 81-004401, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall. County, Nebraska, together with cancellation of the
<br />Promissory Note ,~ivPn by Grantors on even date with the above
<br />Mortgage.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and
<br />fairly made, and that th~sre are ao agreements, oral or written,
<br />other than this Deed between Grantors and Grantee, with respee.t
<br />Co said real estate.
<br />T'0 NAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described real estate with
<br />the appurtenances thereto, unto the said Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authority, acrd its successors attd assigns forever, and
<br />the Granters, for themselves and their heirs and assigns, here-
<br />by covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns, that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises;
<br />that the Grantors have good and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and chat the Grantors warrant and will defend the title
<br />to said premises unto the said Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority, and its successors and assigns against Che lawful
<br />claims of all persons wha:resoever.
