Saner, husband and wife, do hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey, and confirm to the Nebraska Investment Finance <br />Authority, the following-described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The South Fifty (S50) Feet of Lot Seven (7), <br />Block Ten (10), in Packer and Barr's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Ha 11 County, <br />Nebraska, <br />together with all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appur- <br />tenances to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, <br />right of homestead, claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or <br />to the same, or any part thereof, in consideration of [he full <br />cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgage to the First <br />National Bank of Osceola, Nebraska, filed September 8, 198f1, <br />as Document #80-004901, and said mortgage was assigned to <br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (now Nebraska Investment <br />Finance Authority), filed September 8, 1980, as Document ~$0- <br />004902, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having.. <br />sold said real estate to the Grantee for a fair and adequate cones <br />sideration, such consideration being full satisfaction of all <br />obligations secured by the mortgage of Grantors recorded as <br />Document No. 81-004401, in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall.
