<br />over, upon, and across a portion of a parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE's NE}) of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, said parcel of land is described as follows: A parcel o£ land 50 ft. in width located along
<br />and parallel to the southerly boundary of the Burlington Northern Railroad Company right-of-way and located in
<br />the NE's of the NE} of Section 31. Approximate centerline of the electric transmission line is described as
<br />folloas: Entering the property on the swth right-of-say line of Burlington Northern Railroad Company 1 ft.
