Stites and Jeannette E. Stites did assign their <br />interest to Small Business Administration in an Agreement dated <br />July 31, 1980, between Marion J. Ar3kisson and Mary Ann Adkisson, <br />as Sellers, and Milo L. Stites aid Jeannette E.
