BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR ANp COUNCIL OF TNB CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASEA; SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1092 in the City of Grand Island, LMbraske, is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the disirlct shall be as follows: Beginning at a point where the North right-of-way line of Church Road intersects the Easi right-of-way line of Harrison Street; thence North on the Easc right-of-way line of Harrison Street a distance of 300.0 feet; thence East parallel to the North right-of-way line of Church Road a distance of 460.0 feet; ~ Z [hence South parallel to the East right-of -wey line of Harrison O w Street a distance of 360.0 feet to the South right-of-way line F ~ ~ of Church Road; thence We at on the South right-of-way line of Church Road a distance of b0.0 feet: thence South on the Weac right-of-way line of Spring Road a distance of 300.0 feet; ua~ [hence west parallel Lo [he South right-of-way line of Church u222~ o: a Road a distance of 400.0 feet; tRence North on the East right- o C ~ of-way line of Harrison Street a distance of 300.0 feet; thence West on the west prolongation of the n'outh right-ot-way line of Church Road a distance of 66,0 feet; thence North on the Meat right-of-way lino of Harrison Street a distance of 60.0 £eet; thence East on the West prolongation of the North right- - of way line of Church Road a dis [ante of b6.0 feet co the point of beginning, all as shown en Lhe plat marked Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3. TRe following street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, gu[teri ng, and all incidental work in connection therewith; Church Road from Harrison Street to Spring Road. Said improvements shall be made i^ accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer Eor the City and approved by the Mayor and Council. SEGTION 4. The improvements shall be made at public cost, but the cost thereof, aacludirtq intersections, shall be assessed upon the lots and lands in the district specially benefited thereby, as provided by law. SECTION 5, Thia ordinance shall be in Eor ce and take effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication, without the plat, as provided by law. SECTION 6. This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeda, Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 7, After passage, approvaa, and publication of this ordinance, notice of the creation of said disirlct shall be published in the Grand Island Daily Independeni, a legal ertwspaper published and of general circulation in said City, as provided by law.
