BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COVNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKAs SECTION 1. Street 2mprovement District No. 1090 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as followsx Beginning at a point where the South right-of-way line of Del Mar Avenue intersects the East right-of-way line of Arthur Street: thence Easi on the South right-of-way line of Del Mar Avenue a distance of 300.0 feet; thence South parallel [o the East right-of-way line of Arthur Street a distance of 90.0 feat; thence West parallel to the South right-of-way line of Del Mar Avenue a distance of 15D.0 feet; thence Soutlt parallel F- to the EASt right-of-way line of Arthur Street a distance of Z 505.0 feet; [hence West on the North right-of-way line of Stolley W o ~ ~ Park Road a disiance of 130.5 feet; thence South parallel to _ ~ the South prolongation of the East right rof-way line of AYt hur a Street a distance of 33.0 feet; thence Wesc parallel to the '= W North right-of-way line of st olley Park Road a distance of ~ ~ 6i.5 feet: thence North en the South prolongation of the west -~ right-of-way line of Arthur Street a distance of 13.0 feat; j therscc Went on the North right-of-way line of Stolley Park ,~ Road a distance of 300.0 feet; thence North parallel to and 300.C feet West ~. the west right'of-way line of Arthur Street t.o the west prolongation of the South right-of-way line of Del Mar Avenue; thence East on the South right-of-way line of Oel Mar Avenue and a s west prelongau on a disiance of 300.0 feet: thence North on the West right-of-way line of Arthur Streit a distance of 60.0 feet; chance east on the North right- of-way line of Del Mar Avenue a distance of b0.0 feet; thence South on [he East right-of-way line of Arthur Strae[ a distance of 60.0 feat, to the point of beginning, all 8> shown on [he plat marked exhibit 'A' attached hire to and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3. The foilowirg street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, guttering, and all incidental work in connection theraw it h: Arthur Streit from Stolley Park Road to De1Mar avenue. Said improvamaots shall be made zn accordance with plans and spacif ieations prepared by the Engineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Council. SECTION 3. The imprcvemenis shall ba made at public cos[, but the cost thereof, excluding intersections, snail be assessed upon the lots and lands in the district spatially baaef ited thereby, as provided by law. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be an force and take effect from and after its passage, approval, and publican on, without the plat, as provided by law. SECTION b. This ordinance, witG the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County. Nebraska. SECTION 7.
