BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THH CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASXAr SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1093 in the City of Grand Is lend, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by [he Engineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Council.
