BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTZON 1. Street Improvement District No. 1094 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of [he district shall be as follows: Beginning at a point where the southerly right-of-way lEne of Fourteenth S±reet intersects the easterly right- of-way line of Oak Street; thence northeasterly on the southerly right-of-way L ne of Fourteenth Street a distance of 112.0 feet; thence southeasterly parallel to the easterly :fight-of-way lien of Oak Street a distance of 280.0 feet to *_he northerly right-of-way line of Thirteenth S Street: thence southwesterly on the northerly line of Thirteenth Street a distar.c^ of 132.0 feet; thence southeasterly on the easterly line ct Gak Street a distance oz 40.0 feet; [hence southwesterly oa:allel to the northerly right-of-way line of Thirteenth Street a d a tance of 80.0 feet; thence northwesterly on the westerly right-of-way lane of Oak Street a distance of 40.C feet; thence southwesterly on the northerly right-of- way line of Thirteenth Street a distance of 132.0 feet; thence northwesterly parallel to the westerly right-uE-way line of Oak Street a distance cL 230.0 tact to the southerly ri9h[- of-way laic of Fourteenth Street; thence northeasterly on the southerly right-oE-way L ne of F'ourteentn Street a distance of 132 feet; thence northwesterly en the westerly right-of- way line of Oak Street a d stance of 4U.0 feet; thence northeast- erly parallel to the scut herly right-of-way line of Fourteenth Street a distance of BG .p fact; thence southeasterly on the easterly right-o2-way l;.oe of Oak Street a distance of 40.0 feel to the po inc of beginning, all as shown on the plat marked Exh i.b it 'A' attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, guttering, and ail incidental work in connection [herewith: Oak Street from Thirteenth Street to Fourteenth Street. Said improvements shall be made .n accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Council. SECTION 4. The improvements shall be made at public Lost, but [he cos[ thereof, excluding intersections, shall be assessed upon the lots and lands in the dis Grit[ specially benefited thareby as prow ided by law. SECTION S. This ordinance shall tie in force adn take effect from and of ter its passage, approval, and publication, without the plat, as provided by law. SECTION 6.
