<br />5ortgagor, and 11IE OvERIAND NATIONAL BANK GF GRAND ISL4ND, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate tttortgage
<br />dated Novatttter 13, 1981, and retarded on Nov=eatber 16, 1981, as Document No. 81-005725
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall Ckntnty, Nebraska, in consideration of
<br />a certain rrortgage note far $26,500.00, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor,
<br />and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall be
<br />due according to the teams of the afonartentioned real estate mortgage, modified and
<br />payable in the fallowing manner:
<br />A ttnrtgage note dated November 13, 1981, an wtrich a principal
<br />balance of $b, 071.30 r~nai.ns unpaid, will be repaid in tttcxtthly
<br />payments of $140.00, applied first to interest and balance to
<br />prinr_ipa1, beginning April 25, 1984, and on the 25th day of
<br />every tmnth until "dash 25, 1986, at wfiich time the entire
<br />principal balance and accrued interest is due and payable in full,
<br />at an intem_st rate of 14.E per annum frrom March 27, 1984, on a
<br />3f5-day year.
<br />2. All other terms and coaditi.ons contained in the original real estate nn~rtgage:
