<br />The note secured hereby expressly provides that the holder thereof may at its
<br />option change or adjust the interest rates set forth therein.
<br />This mortgage is given to secure a deferred purchase money note, which
<br />represents funds advanced by mortgagee to pay for the balance of the purchase.
<br />price paid to the grantor for said land and is to be deemed given for the purchase
<br />price and the continuation of the original vendor's lien on said premises.
