W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, the Borrower has executed a certain Mortgage N dam ~tt-giti~S _ 8. 4$B3-3 WHEREAS, there is presently outstanding a remaining principa3 sum in respect to said Mortgage Note in the amount of Fifty Thousand and Nol100 Dollars (550,000.00); WHEREAS, said Mortgage Note had an original maturity date of March 1, 1984; WHEREAS, Aorrower has made application to the Lender to extend the date of maturity in respect to said Mortgage Note to May 31, 1984; and WHF,RF.AS, ?ender has agreed to extend the time for payment in respect to such htortgage Note contingent upon Borrower continuing to make the monthly payments as required by said original Mortgage Note as acr_rue from the date hereof until the maturity date as extended. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual cCVenalAEa hezeir. contained, it is agreed: 1. The ?.ender does agree, upon and subject to these ternle, provisions and conditions, to extend the time for payment by the Borrower of the principal surn of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars {550,000,00) remaining due and owing in respect to that Martgaqe Note dated August 8, 1983, bender further agrees to extend the time for payment of the remaining principal balance en said Martgaqe Note from March 1, 1984 to May 31, 1484{, at which time the entire then remaining principal balance, together with accrued interest at the rate of fourteen and one-quarter percent (14,258) per annum provided in said Mortgage Note, shall be due and payable in Full. 2.
