~='! 00176`7 r R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, on November 15, 1977, Lot Five (5), Block Eight (8), Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Ne- braska, was subdivided by the conveyance of the South Ninety-©ne (S91) Feet to a second party by deed recorded as Document No. 77- 007000 in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska; and, WHEREAS, said Lot contained two pre-existing dwellings, one on the North Forty-one (N41) Feet of said Lot and one an the South Ninety-One (S91) Feet of said Lot, and the division of the Lot severed the common ownership of the Lot; and, WHEREAS, the conveyance of the South Ninety-One (S91) Feet of said Lot did not conform to the City's Subdivision 0=d'i- nines; and, WHEREAS, objection to the title has been raised beeauae of the subdivision of the platted Lot, without obtaining the prior approval of the Mayor and Council of the City-of.Gratut Ise-' land; and, WHEREAS, Section 76-2,110 R.R.S. 1943 authorises the:. Mayor and Council to approve any such conveyance for C'he piurpoae of validating said conveyance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYW1 AND CbU1L OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Warranty Deed: re:- corded as Document Ne. 77-007000 of the Register of Deeds Off~~e aE Hall County, Nebraska, subdividing Lot Five (5), Block Eigh'K {8), Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Ne- braska, by conveying the South Ninety-One (591) Feet thereof Co the Grantees named therein, is hereby approved and the conveyance validated, andithis Body hereby waives any further notice ar wait- ing period as authorized by Section 7b-2,110 R.R.S. 1943.
