Estate <br />bbrtgage dated lttrrh 1, 1982, and recorded on March 12, 1982, as DoctsoeeDt No. 82.~000f101 <br />in the office of the Register of heeds, Ha11 Camty, Nebraska, in consideration of a <br />certain mortgage note for $10,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mnrtgagvr, <br />and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest shall be due <br />according to the terns of the aforanentioned real estate mortgage, modified and <br />payable in the following manner: <br />A mortgage note dated March 1, 1982, on which a principal balance <br />of $5,095.G.'' renains unpaid, will be repaid on April 27, 1964, <br />with a final payment equal to the entire un principal balance <br />plus accrued interest due and payable on that date. <br />The interest rate on the a.Porementioned note shall be 14.5~b from <br />August 30, 1963, to maturity. <br />2.
