BE TT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street improvement Drstrzct No. 1086 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. SECTION 3. The following street in fah district shall be improved by paving, curbing, guttering, and alt incidental work in connection therewith; Rivers idr. Drzve from Stoliey Park Road to one-half block South of Holcomb Siraat. Said improvements shall oe amde an accordanea with plans and specifications prepared by the Eggineer for the Czty and approved by the Mayor and Council. SECTION A. TCe improvements shall be made at public cost, but the cast thereof, ezcluding intersections, shall be assessed upon the lots and lands i.n the district apscially benefited thereby, as provided by law. SECTION 5. This ozd finance shall be in force and take effect from and after iia pasaaga. approval, and publication, without the plat, as provided by law.
