<br />~4 - 001592 <br />time exceed the maximum amount above stated plus any advances to <br />protect the security. The mortgagor shall pay all taxes and any <br />interest and maturing installments of principal due on any prior <br />mortgage and assessments levied upon said real estate and all other <br />[axes, levies and assessments levied upon this mortgage or the debt <br />wfiich this mortgage is given to secure, before the same becomes <br />detinquent and keep any buildings on said premises insured for the <br />sum of $ 60,000.00 loss, if any, payable to such first mortgagees <br />or this mortgagee, or both, then these presents shall be void, otherwise <br />to be and remain in full force. <br />IT IS F'ilRTHER 1G REED (1) That if said mortgagor shall fail [o <br />pay such taxes and such interest on, or maturing installments of <br />principal, due nn any prior mortgage and procure such insurance, <br />then this mortgagee may pay such taxes and such interest and <br />maturing installments of principal, due on such prior mortgage and <br />procure such insueance, and the sum so advanced with interest at <br />nineteen per rear shall t,e l:ald by said mortgagor, and this mortgage <br />shall stand as security for the same.
