In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said-PARK GARDENS SECOND SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they: will install or provide at their expense the following improve ments: I. Residential ~evelaoment. The proposed subdivision constitutes a planned unit development, pursuant to Section 36-27 of the Grand Island City Code. For that reason, the Subdividers agree that the continuing requirements of Section 36-27 of the Grand Island City Code pertaining to residential develnpment under the planned unit devlopment will be complied with by the Subdividers. 2. Streets. The Subdividers waive the right to abject to any caving nr repaving districts of Stolley Park Circle ar Stolley Park Road where they abut the subdivision. 3. water. Public water service is available to the subdivision and the Subdividers agree to connect each unit in the subdivision with a separate line to the public water service before applying for an occupancy permit. d. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer service is available to the subdivision, and the Subdividers agree to connect each unit in the subdivision with a separate line to the public sanitary sewer system before apglying fnr an occu- pancy permit. 5. Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade the lots of the subdivision in cnnjunctinn with they structures thereon so that storm water drains to the public right-of-way. 2 _
