<br />WHEREAS, James and Kimberly Shade ,
<br />Chereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one or
<br />more) has entered into a certain written EMERGENCY HOME REPAIR
<br />AGREEMENT dated the 29th day of February 1984, with the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, a mvnie,ipal corporation {hereinafter
<br />usually referred to as "City"), acting through its Comsnwnity
<br />Development Agency, for rehabilitation of a dwelling on premises
<br />owned by Homeowner which are hereinaf-ter described, and for the
<br />granting by City to Homeowner pf Federal funds in the amount of
<br />Two Thousand Ei ht Hundred Ei ht -Seven and no/10t} Dollars
<br />E '2, 7.(?0 to be applied in paysment of t-he aost of such
<br />rehabilitation, and
<br />WHEREAS, Homeowner has, among ether things, agreed {a} to
<br />repay such amount or, as the ease-may be, a part thereof tb-City
<br />and {b) to execute and deliver to City an instrument in
<br />recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises to secure::
<br />such repayment,
