<br />states that he is ;a member of the Board 'of School District Number Eight,
<br />Wood River, Ha11 County, Nebraska; that Affiant knows the facts concern-
<br />ing possession of the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE'1,NF3g) of Section Nineteen (19), Town-
<br />ship Ten (10), North, Range Ten (10), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more par-
<br />ticularly described as follows: Commencing at
<br />the Northeast corner of said Section Nineteen
<br />(19), thence running westerly along the North
<br />line of said Section Nineteen (19) a distance of
<br />Thirteen and One-third (13 1/3) rods, thence
<br />running Southerly Eighteen (18) rods; thence run-
<br />ning Easterly Thirteen and One-third (13 1/3) rods;
<br />thence North Eighteen (18) rods to the place of
<br />beginning.
<br />That School District Number Eight of 4lood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and its predeceassor in interest being School District Number Six, acquired
<br />title to said real estate by Warranty Deed from Fritz Schroeder and Sophie
<br />Schroeder, Husband and Wife, dated August 7, 1902, which Deed was filed
<br />in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 24, 1902,
<br />recorded in Boolc 34, Page 186 and by :darranty Deed from Herman T. Ehlers
<br />and Anna Ehlers, Husband and Wife, dated August 12, 1921, filed in the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 13, 1981, recorded
<br />in Book 58 Page 665; that the said School District Number Eight, Wood
<br />River, Hall County, Nebraska, and its predecessor in title has been and
<br />still is in possession of said real estate in an unbroken chain of title
<br />from August 12, 1921, to the present time; and that School District Number
<br />Eight, Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, is the present record title
