PETERS, husband and wife, <br />herein called the Grantors, in consi.derati_on of FORTY-FIVE <br />THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($45,000.00) received from Grantees, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto ROBERT A. WILES <br />AND NADINE L.
