<br />20. Aseigttment of Rents; Appointment of Receiver, Lettder in Posseubn. As additional security hereunder, Borrower
<br />hereby assigns to Lender the rents of the Property, provided that Bortower shall, prior to acceleration under puagraph IS
<br />hereof or abandonment of the Property, have the right to collect and retain such rents as [hey become due and- payable:
<br />Upon acceleration under paragraph Ig hereof or abandonment of the Property, Lender;, in person, by agent or by
<br />judicially appointed receiver, shall be emitted to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to colket the
<br />rents of tht Property including thou past due. All rents collected by Lender or the receiver shall be apQliedfirs[ to payment
<br />of [he costs of management of the Property and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, recetver's fed; premiums'
<br />on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums secured by this Deed of Trust. Lender andthe
<br />receiver shall be liable to accoun[ only for thou rents actually received.
<br />21. Fttturo Advaeees. Upon request of Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, prior to full reconveyance of the Property
<br />by Trustee to Borrower, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, wi[h-. interest thereon, shall-be -
<br />ucured by this Deed of Trust when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes arc ucured hereby. At no-tithe shall--

<br />2Z. Reeoaveyanee. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Deed of Trust, Lender shall. request Trustecto reconvey
<br />the Property and shall surrender this Deed of Trust and all notes evidencing indebtedness secured by this Deed ~,of Trtut
<br />to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty and without charge to the person or persons -legally
<br />entitled thereto. Such person or persons shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
<br />21. Substitute Trustee. Lender, at Lender's option, may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint a- successor
<br />trusttt to any Trustee appoined hereunder by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deedof Tmst is recorded;
<br />Without conveyance of the Property, the successor trustee shall succeed to all the tile, power and du[ies conferred upon
<br />the Trustee herein and by applicable law.
<br />24. Request for Noliets. Borrower requests that copies of the notice of default and notice of sale be unt to Borrower's
<br />address which is the Procerty Address.
<br />15. As long as this Deed of Trust is held 6y the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, the Lender-say, at
<br />Lender's option, declare all sums secured by this Deed of Trust to be immediately due and payable if Iorrower amita
<br />misrepresents a fact in an application for this Deed of Trust, including, without limi tatlon, anything-contained
<br />in the Mortgagor's Affidavit and Certification executed by Borrower in conjunction xith this Deed of Trust:
