<br />in any equipment schedule or list herewith yr hereafter furnished to Secured Party by Debtor.

<br />out of a sale, lease or other disposition of goods or other property by Debtor, out of a rendering of services by Debtor, out of a loan by DehPor, am of the
<br />overpayment of taxes or other liabilities of Debtor. or otherwise arises under any contract or agreement, whether such right [o payment is or Is not already
<br />earned by performance. and howsoever such right to payment may be evidenced, together with all other rights and interest (including all liens and-security
<br />interests) which Debtor may at any time have by law or agreement against any account debtor or other obligor obligated to make any such paymenfor againsP -
<br />any of the property of such account debtor or other ohiigor, all including but not limited to all present and future debt insirumems, chattel-papers accoume;
<br />loans and obligations receivable and tax refunds.

<br />receipts, bills of lading and other documents of title now or hereaher covering such goods. -

<br />All of Company's present equipment including but not by way of limitation, all machines, machin-
<br />ery, motors, furniture, fixtures, motor vehicles, trailers, aircraft, tools, dyes, jigs-,,attach-
<br />ments, accessories, wares and other chattels, including all accessions, accessories, parts:-and
<br />equipment affixed, products and proceeds and all books and records including, but not by-way-of
<br />limitation, all computer software, sketches, drawings, renderings, and blueprints relating to the
<br />foregoing. -
<br />All of Company's present inventory including but not by way of limitation, all raw maCerials, work
<br />in progress, finished goods, supplies, including returned merchandise, all present materials: used
<br />or useable in the manufacturing, processing, packaging or shipping the same, all proceeds of the
<br />foregoing, including all accessions, accessories, parts and equipment affixed, products and<pro-
<br />ceeds and all books and records including but not by way of limitation, all computer software,
<br />sketches, drawings, renderings, and blueprints relating to the foregoing.
<br />All of Company's present leases, documents, documents of title, instruments, and general intang-_.
<br />ibles including but not by way of limitation, all patents, trademarks, tradenames, drawings,. blue-
<br />prints, sketches, renderings, and computer software, and [he proceeds of any and all of the fore-
<br />going and all books and records, including but not by way of limitation, all records relating bo
<br />any patents, trademarks, drawings, sketches, renderings, blueprints and any computer software
<br />relating to any of [he foregoing.
<br />The foregoing does not include Silopress inventory and parts or drawings, jigs, fixtures or othe-r
<br />items related to the Silopress product.
