<br />ERVING R. MYERS and FRjEDA MYERS, husband and wife, herein
<br />called the Grantors, in consideration of Twenty Thousand and No/100
<br />Dollars {$20,000.00) received from Grantees, do grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey and confirm unto AD LEEPER and DOROTHY L. LEEPER,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
<br />and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Eleven (11} to Eighteen (I8), both inclusive,
<br />in Block Nine (9); and
<br />Lots One (1) to Twenty-one (21), both inclusive, in
<br />Block Ten (10); and
<br />Lots One (1) to Fifteen (15}, both inclusive, in
<br />Block Eleven {11}; and
<br />Lots One {1)to Four (4), both inclusive, in
<br />Block Twelve (12)
<br />All being in the Town of Abbott, and located in
<br />Section Thirty (30y, Township-Twelve (12y North,
<br />Range Ten {10} West of the 6th P.M., as shown
<br />by the recorded plat on file in the County Clerk's
<br />Office in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br />with ail tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns, ar to the
<br />heirs ar.d assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br />And Grantors do herebg covenant with .the Grantees that
<br />Grantors-are lawfully seised of said premises`;, that.-they are
<br />free from encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants,
<br />conditions, restrictions, reservations. and: easements of record;.
<br />that Grantors have good right and IawfuI authority to convey
<br />the same; and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title
<br />to said premises against the lawful. claims of all persons whomsoever..
<br />It is the intention of all parties ~"ereto that in the event
<br />of the death ofeither of the Grantees, the entire fee simple
<br />title to the real estate shall vest in tire-surviving.Grantee.
