<br />20. Assignment of Rents: Appointment of Receiver. !.ender in Possessioe. As additional xcurity hereunder, Borrower
<br />hereby assigns to Lender the ren[s of the Property, provided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under paragraph 1g
<br />hereof or abandonmen[ of the Property, have the right to collect and retain such rents as [hey become due and payable.
<br />Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonmen[ of the Property, Lender,. in person, by agent or by
<br />judicially appointed receiver, shall be entitled to enter upon, take posxssion of and manage the Property and to collect the
<br />rents of the Property including thou pas[ due. All rents collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied first to payment
<br />of the costs of management of the Property and collection of rents, including, but net limited to, receiver's fees, premiums
<br />on receiver's bonds and reuonable attorney's fees, and then to the soma secured by this Eked of Trust. Lender and the
<br />receiver shall be liable to account only for thou rents actually received.
<br />21. Future Adraeces. Upon request of Borrower. Lender, at Lender's option, prior to full rcconveyance of thrproperty
<br />by Trustee to Borrower, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest [hereon, shall-be
<br />secured by this Deed of Trust when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes arc xcured hereby. At no time shall
<br />the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Dced of Trust, not including sums advan 1n a~cordantt herewith
<br />to protect the xcurity of this Decd of Trust, exceed the original amount of the Note plus US S._~`$b s~e0___.._____..
<br />22. Rernnveyance. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Deed of Trust, Lender shag request Trustee to reconvey
<br />the Properly and shall surrender this Deed of Trust and all noes evidencing indebtedtess_xcured-by•this Deed-.af-Trust
<br />to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey [he Properly withou[ warranty and without charge to the person or personslegally
<br />entitled thereto. Such person or persons shall pay all costs of recordation, if any.
<br />2J. gubatitnte Trustee. Lender, at Lender's option, may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint a successor
<br />trustee to any Trustee appointed hereunder by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deed of Trust isrecorded_
<br />Without conveyance of the Propeny, the successor trustee shall succeed to all the title, power and duties confemd- upon
<br />the Trustee herein and by applicable taw.
<br />24. Request for Notices. Borrower requests [hat copies of the notice of default and notice of sale be xnt to Borrower's -

<br />25. As long as this Deed of Trust is held by the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority; the~Lender may., at
