Assignment of Rents: Appointment of Receiver. !.ender in Possessioe. As additional xcurity hereunder, Borrower <br />hereby assigns to Lender the ren[s of the Property, provided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under paragraph 1g <br />hereof or abandonmen[ of the Property, have the right to collect and retain such rents as [hey become due and payable. <br />Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonmen[ of the Property, Lender,. in person, by agent or by <br />judicially appointed receiver, shall be entitled to enter upon, take posxssion of and manage the Property and to collect the <br />rents of the Property including thou pas[ due. Lender, at Lender's option, prior to full rcconveyance of thrproperty <br />by Trustee to Borrower, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest [hereon, shall-be <br />secured by this Deed of Trust when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes arc xcured hereby. Rernnveyance.
