<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT I, WESTERN HEIGHTS DEVELOPMENT
<br />CO., of the county of Hall, State of Nebraska, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of One and No/100 Dollar ($1.00), and other valuable consideration
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell and convey
<br />unto FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United
<br />States Corporation, its successors and assigns, the following described
<br />premises, to-wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Thirty-two (32), in Lambert's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, free and clear of
<br />all encumbrances except a first mortgage in favor of First Federal
<br />Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln, Lincoln, Nebraska, in the
<br />principal sum of Thirty-six Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($36,000.00),
<br />dated November 14, 1980 and filed for record November 14, 1980, in
<br />Document No. 80-006527 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and easements and restrictions of record, and do covenant to warrant
<br />and defend the said premises against any act of saidgrantors or any
<br />other person claiming through or under it. The grantors further
<br />covenant that this conveyance is and does constitute an absolute
<br />conveyance of title to the premises to the grantee herein in effect as.
<br />well as form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, ar
<br />as security of any kind and that possession of the premises is delivered
<br />concurrently herewith. And the said grantors hereby relinquish-all
<br />right, title, interest and all equity of redemption in and to the
<br />above described premises.
