REAL ESTATE LIEN
<br />WHEREAS, Ronald R_ ~ Carmen Grim. ,,
<br />(hereinafter usually referred to as "Homeowner", whether one or
<br />more) has entered into a certain written AGREEMENT TO -,-
<br />REHABILITATE REAL PROPERTY the 2nd day of Fehr-uarY, ?984, with _
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a munidpalcorporation
<br />(hereinafter usually referred to as "City"), ae-tirrg through its
<br />Community IIevelopment Agency, for rehabilitation of a dwelling on
<br />premises owned by Homeowner which are hereinafter described, and
<br />for the granting by City to Homeowner of Federal funds in the
<br />amount of Fifteen Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($'75.0.00.00) td be
<br />applied in payment applied in payment of the Cost of such
<br />rehabilitation, and
<br />WHEREAS, Homeowner in such AGREEMENT has., .among other
<br />things, agreed (a) to repay such amount or, as the ease---may be, a
<br />part thereof to City in certain circumstances described in the
<br />AGREEMENT, and (b) to execute and deliver to City an irrstru went
<br />in recordable form granting to City a lien on the premises to ;
<br />secure such repayment,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such AGREEMENT :with
<br />City, Ronald R. & Carmen Grim , does hereby grant to C1 T.Y. OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A Municipal Corporation; its successor
<br />and assigns, a lien upon the following described- real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />West 52' of Lot 7, Block 125, Union Pacific Railway Company
<br />2nd Addition
<br />to secure repayment to the City of Gi°and island, Nebraska, its
<br />successors and assigns, of the amount of the grant hereinabove
<br />referred to or, as the case may be, a part thereof in accordatxce
<br />with the terms and conditions set forth in the AGREEMENT'TQ``
<br />REHABILITATE REAL FROPERTY to which reference is made--
<br />hereinabove.
<br />The lien herein granted shall run with the premises until
<br />such time as title to the property is transferred to another
<br />owner. At this time, the entire amount of the lien shall- become
<br />due and payable.
