<br />south of the northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence in an easterly direction
<br />parallel to the north line of said lot a distance of 44 feet; thence in a
<br />northerly direction at right angles parallel with the west line of said
<br />Lot 5, a distance of 12 feet; thence in an easterly direction at right angles
<br />>,arallel to the north line of said Lot 5 a distance of 9 feet; thence in a
<br />northerly direction at right angles a distance of 40 feet to the north line
<br />of said Lot S parallel with the westerly line of said Lot 5; thence in a
<br />westerly direction a distance of. 53 feet to the place of beginning-

<br />(13), Township Nine (9) 'north, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, iebraska,
<br />subject to easements and resinetions of recortl.
<br />GRANTOR has deferm~ned that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
