<br />consideration of $2,500.00, received from mortgagee, does mortgage to GENERAL
<br />COLLECTION CO.:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Four (4 ), Wilson"s Sub-
<br />division, situated in part of Section Three (3), Township Eleven
<br />(11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
<br />point on the easterly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad,
<br />said point being Four Hundred Fifty (450) Feet northerly from the
<br />intersection of said right of way line with the southerly line of
<br />said Section Three (3), thence, northerly along said right of way
<br />line, a distance of Eight Hundred Seven*_y Four (874) Feet, to the
<br />northerly line of said Lotr'our (4); thence deflecting right 93°12'
<br />aitd running easterly along said northerly line of Lot Four (4), a

<br />railroad right of way line; thence northerly parallel to said rail-

<br />Tenths (145.5) Feet east of the east line of the Union Pacific
<br />Railroad right of way, and Thirty Three (33) Feet North of the South

<br />Hundred Thirty Nine (139.0) Feet to an iron marker; thence east
<br />at a right angle for a distance of Eleven (11.0) Feet; thence South
<br />at a right angle to the North right of way of Capital Avenue, a distance
<br />of One Hundred Thirty Nine (139.0) Feet, thence running at a right
<br />angle west a distance of Eleven (il) Feet together with an easement
<br />over and across a strip of ground Eleven {11) Feet wide running
<br />parallel to and on the east side of the last described tract.
<br />And the mortgagor does hereby covenant with the mortgagee and with
<br />mortgagee's heirs and assigns that mortg~or is lawfully seised of said premises,
<br />that they are free from encumbrance, that mortgagor has good right and lawful
<br />authority to convey the same, and that mortgagor warrants and will defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />This mortgage is given to secure the payment of the promissory note
<br />of this date made by mortgagor for $2,500, payable in full before December
<br />8, 1985.
<br />Mortgagor shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real property
<br />and alI other taxes levied on this mortgage or the note which this mortgage
<br />is givers to secure before the sane become delinquent and shall maintain fire,
<br />windstorm and extended coverage insurance with a mortgage clause on the buildings
