<br />(b} the repayment of all other sums, with interest thereon, which
<br />may heretofore have been or hereafter be advanced by Lender to
<br />Trustor or Trustor's successor in interest or Trustor's su~ces-
<br />sor in title;
<br />(c) the repayment of all other sums, with interest thereon, ad
<br />vanced in accordance with this Trust Deed to protect the secur-
<br />ity of this Trust Deed and the performance of .the covenants and
<br />agreements of Trustor set forth herein; and
<br />{d) the repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon,
<br />made to Borrower by Lender pursuant to paragraph 18 hereof,
<br />(e) the repayment of any other indebtedness of Borrower to Lender,
<br />including any and all loans or lines of credit, whether. said
<br />loans or lines of credit are due in installments, periodically,
<br />on a revolving basis, or in a lump sum, and whether said-loans
<br />or lines of credit result from the direct disbursement, over-
<br />draft, continuing commitments alone, ar any other bast's (THIS
<br />PARAGRAPH SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE NOR OTHERWISE BE CONSTRUED AS A
<br />COMMITMENT TO MAKE ADDITIONAL LOANS OF ANY %IND OR IN ANY

<br />all of which indebtedness is herein referred to as the "Indebtedness", Trustor does.
<br />hereby irrevocably grant and convey to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the
<br />following described property located in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska:

<br />North, Range 12 West of the bth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Nartheast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NEB SEy) of Section 31,
<br />Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Ha11 County, Nebraska
<br />except a certain tract of land more particularly described and recorded in
<br />Deed Book 128, Page 277 in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SWy SF.~a) of Section 31,
<br />Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall Gnunty, Nebraska.
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter {S'~ SE's) of Section 26, Townshig 10
<br />North, Range 12 West of the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N~ NE~y) and the North Half of the
<br />South Half of the Northeast Quarter (N~ S~ NEB) of Section 25, Township 10
<br />North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; excepting
<br />therefrom tracts of land deeded to the State of Nebraska and County of Hall
<br />by Warranty Deeds recorded is Book 75, Page 19 and Book 79, Page 573 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH (i) alI the buildings, structures and other improvements now
<br />or hereafter erected on the property, and {ii) all fixtures of every type and descrip-
<br />tion now or hereafter found or used upon or appurtenant to the property ar any im-
<br />provement thereon; and (iii) ail additions, accessions, increases, parts, fittings,
<br />accessories, ar replacements, substitutions, betterments, repairs and groceeds of or
<br />to nay or all of the foregoing; and (iv) all hereditaments, easements, appurtenances,
<br />rents, issues, profits, royalties in mineral, oil and gas rights now and hereafter
<br />gertaining to the property or any improvement or fixture thereon (all of the fore-
<br />going are herein called the "Property").
<br />Trustor warrants and covenants that Trustor is lawfully seized in fee
<br />simple of the Property, has the right and power to convey the Property, that the
<br />Property is free from liens, security interests and encumbrances, and that Trustor
<br />will warrant and defend title to the Property against all claims and demands whether
<br />now existing or hereafter arising, and that all buildings, improvements and fixtures
<br />now or hereafter located on the Property are ar will be located entirely within the
<br />boundaries of the Property. 1'he foregoing warranties shall survive the exercise of
