84 -"f00722 <br />Trust Deed aad all notes evidencing indebtedness secured by this Trust Deed to Tres- <br />tee. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty and without change-to the <br />person or persons legally entitled thereto. Such person or persons shall pay all <br />costs of recordation, if any. <br />20. Substitute Trustee. Lender, at its option, may from time-: to-tine. <br />remove Trustee and appoint a Successor Trustee to any Trustee appointed hereuadcrs6y <br />an instrument recorded in the county in wh-ich this Trust Deed is recorded.
