<br />(b) the repayment of all other sues, with interest thereon, which
<br />may heretofore have been or hereafter be advanced by Lender to
<br />Trustor or Trustor's successor in interest or Trustor's succes-
<br />sor in title;
<br />(c) the repayment of all other sums, with interest thereon, ad-
<br />vanced in accordance with this Trust Deed to protect the secur-
<br />ity of this Trust Deed and the performance of the covenants and
<br />agreements of Trustor set forth herein; and
<br />(d) the repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon,
<br />made to Borrower by Lender pursuant to paragraph 18 hereof,
<br />(e) the repayment of any other indebtedness of Borrower"to Lender,
<br />including any and all loans or lines of credit, whether said
<br />loans or lines of credit are due in installments, periodically,
<br />on a revolving basis, or i^ a lump sum, and whether said loans
<br />or lines of credit result from the direct disbursement, over-
<br />draft, continuing commitments alone, or any other basis (THIS
<br />PARAGRAPH SHALL NOT CONSTITL"TE NOR OTHERWISE BE CONSTRUED AS A
<br />C011lIITMENT TO MAKE ADDITIONAL LOANS OF ANY KIND OR TN ANY
<br />AMOUNT),
<br />all of which indebtedness is herein referred to as the "Indebtedness", Trustor does
<br />hereby irrevocably grant and convey to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the
<br />following described property located in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska:
<br />Part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E~,SW~,) and Bart of the West
<br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (W'~SE$) of Section 10, Township 12 North,
<br />Range 10 West of the 6th P.M. is Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter (SEIy); thence
<br />westerly along the south line of said Section 10, a distance of 440.0 feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 90°00' and running northerly, a distance of 378.0
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 36°0'L' and running northeasterly, a distance
<br />of 781.2$ feet; thence deflecting left 35°52' and running northerly, a dis-
<br />tance of 698.55 feet; thence deflecting ].eft 20°11'50" and running north-
<br />westerly, a distance of 966.77. feet; thence deflecting right 110°14'20" and
<br />running easterly, a distance of 688.76 feet; thence deflecting right 110°
<br />17'30" and running southwesterly, a distance of 966.21 feet; thence deflect-
<br />ing left 20°24' and running southerly, a distance of 698.6 feet; thence
<br />deflecting left 25°31' and running southeasterly, a distance of 644.39
<br />feet; thence deflecting right LS°21' and running southerly, a distance of
<br />427.21 feet, to the south line of said Section 10; thence westerly along
<br />the south lice of said Section 10, a distance of 315.0 feet to the place of
<br />beginning.
<br />TOGETHER GITH (i) all the buildings, structures and other improvements now
<br />or hereafter erected on the orogerty, and (ii) all fixtures of every type and descrip-
<br />tion now or hereafter found or used upon or appurtenant to the property or any im-
<br />provement thereon; and fifi} all additions, accessions, increases, parts, fittings,
<br />accessories, ar replacements, substitutions, betterments, repairs and proceeds of or
<br />to any ar all of the foregoing; and (iv) all hereditaments, easements, appurtenances,
<br />rents, issues, profits, royalties in mineral, oil and gas rights now and hereafter
<br />pertaining to the property or any improvement or fixture thereon (all of the fore-
<br />going are herein called the "Property"}.
<br />Trustor and covenants that Trustor is lawfully seized in fee simple of the
<br />Property, has the right and Bower to convey the Property, that the Property is free
<br />from liens, security interests and encumbrances, and tkat Trustor will warrant and
<br />defend title to the Property against all claims and demands whether now existing or
<br />hereafter arising, anci that all buildings, improvements and fixtures now or hereafter
<br />located on Lhe Property are or will be located entirely within the boundaries of the
<br />Property. The foregoing warranties shall survive the exercise of the power of sale
<br />herein con€erred andlor Foreclosure of this Trust Deed and shall run with the
<br />Property.
