<br />POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, the under-
<br />signed, Carmella T. Kubit, of Hall County of Grand Island,
<br />State of Nebraska, have made, constituted and appointed, and
<br />by these presents do make, constitute and appoint my spouse,
<br />Daniel W. Kubit of Grand Island, in the County of Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney in fact, for
<br />me and in my name and stead, and to my use, to sign my name
<br />with full legal binding effect on all written documents,
<br />checks, instruments and papers, hereby giving unto my said
<br />attorney in fact, full authority and power to do everything
<br />whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done to purchase the
<br />real estate legally described as Lot One (1), in L & K
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, including, without limitation, the authority for
<br />me and in ~:,y game and s*_ead to borrow up to $i00, 044.00
<br />from Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska; to accept a deed to said real estate in
<br />his name and mine as joint tenants with rights of survivorship
<br />and not as tenants in common; to sign and deliver to Home
<br />Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />any and all promissory notes, mortgages, closing statements,
<br />lien affidavits, disclosure statements, Federal truth in
<br />lending disclosure statements, loan settlement statements,
<br />Deeds of Trust and any other documents he deems necessary to
<br />close said real estate transaction and loan transaction; and
<br />to sign any and all other documents and make any and all
<br />other agreements relevant thereto, as fully as I could or
<br />might do if personally present, with full power of substitution
<br />and revccatior:, hereby confirming and ratifying all that my
<br />said attorney in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done,
<br />hereunder.
