Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a first <br />Real Estate Mortgage dated 2/7/83 and recorded 2/18/83 <br />as Document No. 83-000789 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska, in consideration of the <br />Moztgagee's certain Promissory Note for j 41,500.00 , which is a <br />valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor and that payment of the <br />remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon will be due <br />according to the terms of the aforementioned first Real Estate Mort- <br />gage, modified and payable in the following manner: <br />A note dated February 3, 1983 on which a balance of $34,300.00 <br />remains unpaid, will be repaid on July 24, 1984, <br />2.
