Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a EirsC <br />Real Estate Mortgage dated 12/9182 and recorded 12/13/82.. <br />as Document No. 82-005252 in the office. of the. Register"of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the <br />Mortgagee's certain Promissory Note for $210.708_55 which is a <br />valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor and that payment of the <br />remainder of the principal and accrued interest Chereon will be due <br />according to the terms of the aforementioned first Real Estate Mort- <br />gage, modified and payable in the following manner: <br />A note dated December 9, 1962 on which a balanca o£ $20,000.00 <br />remains unpaid, will be repaid on July 24, 1984. <br />Z.
