i <br />_ Section 10. Adjournment. <br />It any meeting of the Association cannot be held be- <br />cause a quoYum has not attended, a majority in common inter- <br />est of the suite owners who are present at such meeting, <br />either in person or by proxy, may adjourn the meeting to a <br />time not less than forty-eight (48) hours from the time the <br />original meeting was called. <br />ARTICLE III. BOARD OF ADMINISTRATORS. <br />Section 1. Number and Qualification. <br />The affairs of the Association end the Condominium <br />Property Regime shall be governed by a Board of Adminis- <br />trators (also called "Directors"), until December 31. 1982, <br />or•until the Developer shell relinquish its control by <br />written notice to all owners, whichever shall first occur, <br />and thereafter until their successors shall have been duly <br />elected by the Association. Until then the Developer, Mid- <br />Continent Enterprises, Inc., shall designate all members of <br />the Board of Administrators, officers and employees of the <br />Association. Thereafter, the Board of Administrators shall <br />be composed of not less than five (5) nor more than thirteen <br />(13) persons, all of whom shall be suite owners in the <br />Condominia, unless at the time there are less than five <br />owners in the Condominia. <br />Section 2. Powers and Duties. <br />The Berard of Administrators shall have the powezs and <br />duties necessary for the administration of the affairs of <br />the Association and the Condominia, and may do all such acts <br />and thinys except as by law or by the Master Deed or by <br />these By-t,aws may not be delegated to the Board of Adminis- <br />trators by tlse suite owners. such powers and duties of the <br />Board of Administrators shall include but shall not be <br />limited to the following: <br />(a) Operation, care, upkeep and maintenance <br />of the common areas, limited common areas, <br />and facilities. <br />(b) Determination of the common expenses re- <br />quired for the affairs of the Condominium, <br />including, without limitation, the operation <br />and maintenance of the Regime. <br />(c) Collection of the assessments (which for <br />the purpose of these By-Laws shall mean such <br />portion of the common expenses as are payable <br />by the respective owners) from owners. <br />(d) Employment and dismissal of the personnel <br />necessary for the maintenance and operation <br />of the general common aceas, limited common <br />areas, and facilities. <br />(e) Adoption and amendment of rules and regu- <br />lations covering the details of the operation <br />and use of each Condominium Property Regime. <br />(f) Opening of bank accounts on behalf of the <br />Association and designating the signatories <br />required therefor. <br />-4- <br />
