84 --~ +~G058f <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />BY-LAWS OF <br />BRENTWOOD BY-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME I' <br />AND <br />BRENTWOOD BY-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. <br />ARTICLE I. BY-LAWS. <br />Section 1. Description. <br />These are the By-Laws of Brentwood By-The-Lake Condo- <br />minium Owners Association, Inc., a Nebraska Non-Profit <br />Corporation, with its registered offices at P.O. Box 1365, <br />2343 Webb Road, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801. These are <br />also the By-Laws of Brentwood By-The-Lake Condominium Property <br />Regi~^e I, a Nebraska Condominium Property Regi.-~~e. <br />Section 2. Seal. <br />The corporate seal shall bear the name of the corpo- <br />ration and the words "Grand Island, Nebraska, Corporate <br />Seal." <br />Section 3. Membership. <br />The corporation has been organized to provide a means <br />of manage".:ent for Brentwoad By-The-Lake Condominia Property <br />Regi.^..e in Brentwood Third Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. Membership in the Association is auto- <br />matically granted and restricted to record owners of suites <br />in said Condominia. The votes on behalf of a suite shall be <br />in person by the record owner thereof, ~r by proxy, but if a <br />suite is owned by more than one person or by a corporation <br />or other entity, such vote shall be cast, or proxy executed, <br />by the person named in a certificate signed by all of the <br />owners of the suite and filed with the Secretary of the <br />Association. Title to suites may be taken in the name of an <br />individual or in the names of two or more persons, as tenants <br />in common oz as joint tenants or as tenants by the entirety. <br />or in the name of a corporation or partnership, or in the <br />name of a fiduciary. <br />Section 4. Involved Pzoperty. <br />The property described in Article II of the Master Deed <br />is located in Hall County. Nebraska, has been submitted to <br />the provisions of Sections 76-801 through 76-823, Reissue, <br />Revised Statutes of Nebraska, known as the "Condominium <br />Property Act" by the Master Deed recorded simultaneously <br />herewith in the Office of the Regi+ter of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebzaska, and any and all future Condominia property <br />regimes hereafter created by Master Deed from within Brentwoad <br />Third Subdivision shall hereinafter be referred to as the <br />"Condominia". <br />Section 5. Application. <br />All present and future owners, mortgaye~s, lessees and <br />occupants of Condominia suites and their employees, and any <br />other persons who may use the facilities of the Regime in <br />any manner are subject to these By-Laws, the Mastez Deed and <br />the Ruiea and Regulations. <br />-1- <br />
