<br />mare, herein called the Mortgagor and THE CWERI,AI~ID NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as
<br />follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to hbrtgagee a real, estate mortgage
<br />dated January 4, 19$3, and recorded on January 10, 1983, as Dactanent No. 83-000168
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of a
<br />certain mortgage note for $65,134.94, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor,
<br />and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall be
<br />due according to the terms of the aforementioned real estate mortgage, modified and
<br />payable in the following manner:
<br />A mortgage note dated January 4, 1983, on wixich a principal
<br />balance of .`"545,5.34.94 ranai.ns unpaid, will be repaid on
<br />May 31, 1984, at an interest rate of 14.0~~ per annum.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate
<br />mortgage dated January 4, 1983, shall remain the same, and this Modification
<br />Agregnent is made a part of the original real estate trortgage by reference and
<br />shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
