<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That Gerald R. Lade and Cheryl F. Lade, husband and wife, hereinafter
<br />referred to as Grantors, far One Dollar ($1.00) and other goad and valuable con-
<br />sideration as more fully set forth below, do hereby grant, bargain, self, convey and
<br />confirm unto the Administrator of Veterans Affairs, his successors and assigns,
<br />hereinafter referred to as Grantee, the following described real property in HaII
<br />County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Part of Lot Eighteen (18), GEER SUBDIVISION of Lots Six (6), Seven
<br />(7) and Eight (8), of Garrett's Subdivision, apart of the East One-Half
<br />(E~) of Section 9, Township 11, North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as: that portion
<br />of Lot 18 tying South of the Southerly line of 20th Street except for the
<br />Southern 25 feet, thereof, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and
<br />to his successors and assigns forever.
<br />And the Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the
<br />Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantors are lawfully seised of said premises;
<br />that they are free from encumbrance except easements, covenants and restrictions of
<br />record and except real estate taxes becoming delinquent in 1983 and future years;
<br />that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that
<br />Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims
<br />of all persons whomsoever.
<br />This deed is an absolute conveyance of title in effect as well as in form,
<br />and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance or security of any kind. The
<br />consideration therefor is the full release and discharge of all debts, notes, obliga-
<br />tions, casts and charges heretofore subsisting on account of and by the terms of a
<br />certain deed of trust executed by Gerald R. Lade and Cheryl F. Lade in the sum
<br />of $96,650.00 given to Superior Mortgage, Inc., as Beneficiary and Lawyers Title
<br />Insurance as Trustee, dated December 30, 1981, recorded December 30, 1981, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />81-006332; subsequently assigned to Norwest Mortgage, Inc. f/k/a Banco Mortgage
<br />Company by written assignment dated January 19, 1982, and recorded January 25,
<br />1982, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Instru-
<br />ment No. 82-000252, the acceptance of this deed being in full satisfaction of said
<br />indebtedness as aforesaid, and terminating said deed of trust.
