<br />Grand Island, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Hall

<br />THE INTENTION BEING to convey hereby an absolute title in
<br />fee simple, including all the rights of homestead and dower.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, with all
<br />the appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the Mortgagee and
<br />assigns forever, provided always, and these presents are upon the
<br />express condition that if the Mortgagors, their heirs, executors,
<br />administrators or assigns shall payor cause to be paid to the
<br />Mortgagee, or assigns, the principal sum of $909.22 payable with
<br />interest according to the tenor and efflaCt of the Mortgagors'

<br />these presents to be void, otherwise to rem$in in full force and
<br />effect.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED that upon a failure of Mortgagors to pay
<br />any of the money, E'ither principal or interest on the Note
<br />secured by this Mortgage when the same becomes due, the
<br />Mortgagee, its successors or ass igns. IT'.ay maintain any
<br />appropriate legal action tncluding foreclosure proceedings upon
<br />this Mortgage. Any forbearance by Mortgagee herein in exercising
<br />any right: or remedy herein, or otherwise afforded by applicable
<br />law, shall not be a waiver of or preclude the exercise of any
<br />ri.qht or remedy.
