BE IT ORDAINED BY T}iE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRAStW: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1063 in the City of Grand Inland, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: Beginning at a point where the East right-of-way line of Waldo Avenue intersects the South right-of-way Line of Faidley Avenue: thence East on the South right-of-way line of Faidley Avenue a distance of 120 feet; thence Souch parallel to the Last right-of-way lire of Waldo Avenue a distance of F. 610 feet; thence West on the North right-of-way lint of Fifth Street a Z distance of 120 feet: eher•.ce Souch on the East right-of-way line of Waldo ,p g Avenue a distance of 30.0 feet; thence West parallel to the North right-of-way ~ ;~? F- Line of Fifth Street a distance of 60.0 feet; thence North on the West right- of-way line of Waldo Avenue a distance of 30.0 feet: thence West on the North ct W right-of-way line of Fifth Street a distance of 120.0 feet: thence North parallel ~~.. SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith: Waldo Avenue from Fifth Street to Faidley Avenue. Said improvements shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Council. SECTION 4. The improvements shall he made at public cost, but the coat thereof, excluding intersections, shall be assessed upon the lots and lands in the district specially benefited thereby, as provided by law. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in force and cake effect from and after its passage, appraval, and publication, without the plat, as provided by law. SECTION 6. This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Aall County, Nebraska. SECTION 7. After passage, approval, and publication of this ordinance, notice of the creation of said district shall be published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published and of general circulation in said City, as provided by law.
