BE IT ORDAINED 8Y THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith: Vine Street from Eighth Street to Ninth Street. Siid improvements shall be made in accordance wick plane and specifications prepared by the Engineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Council. SECTION 4. The improvements shall be made at public cost, but the cost therecf, excluding intersections, shall be assessed upon the lots and lands in the district specially blaefited thereby, as provided by law. SECTION S. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its piaiage, approval, and publication, without the plat, as provided by law. SECTION 6. This ordinance. with the plat, is hereby directed to be Filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION i. After passage. approval, and publication of this ordinance, notice of thi creation of said district aha21 be published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published and of general circulation in said City, as provided by law.
