BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ?iAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1061 in the Citq of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith: Fifth Street from Vine Street to St. Paul Road. Said improvements shall be made in accozdance with plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer for the Gity and approved by the Nayor and Council. SEGTION 4. The improverxen is shall be made at public cost, but the cost thereof, excluding intersecticns, shall he assessed upon the lots and lands in the district specially benefited ttrereby, as provided by law. SEGTION 5. This ordinance shall be in force and cake effect from and after its passage, appnovai, and publication, without the plat, as provided by law. SECTION 6. This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
