IDOZ An ordinance creating Street Improvement District No. 1059: defining tht boundaries_ of the district: providing for the improvement of a street within the district by paving, guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith; and providing the effective date of this ardinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE `riAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION i. Street Improvement 6istrict No. 1059 in the City of Crand Island, Nebraska, ie hereby created. SECTION 2. SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing, guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith: Beggs Avenue from Twelfth Street to Thirteenth Street. Ssid improvements shall be made in accordance with plane and soeaificacions prepared by the EIIgineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Council. SECTION 4. The improvements shall be made at public cast, but the cost thereof, excluding intersections, shall be assessed upaa the lots and lands in the distzict specially benefited thereby, as provided by taw. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its ;assage. approval, and publication without the plat, as provided by law. SECTION 6. This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ha13 County, Nebraska. SECTION 7. After passage, apgroval, and publication of this ardinance, notice of the creating of said district shall be published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal nexapaper gublished and of general circulation in said City, as provided by taw.
