BECBIER, Husband and Wife, whether one or trore, <br />herein ca.lIed the Mortgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATI~TAI, HANK OF GRAND ISLAND, Grand <br />Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage <br />dated July 6, 1983, and recorded on July 7, 1983, as Document No. 83-003602 in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of a <br />certain mortgage note for $7,183.28, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor, <br />and payment of the rer~ai.nder of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall be <br />due according to the terms of the aforenentioned real estate mortgage, modified and <br />payable in the following manner: <br />A rrortgage note dated July 6, 1983, on which a principal <br />balance of $7,183.28 remains unpaid, will be repaid on <br />Map 31, 1984, along with all accrued interest fxcm <br />July 6, 1983, at an interest rate of 14.0 per annum. <br />2.
