<br />3 ;, <br />g,~~. ~..r.., tJ (i 0 513 <br />CONSENT TO CONAITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely Kuester Lake, Inc., hereby <br />consents to the conditional assignment to Home Federal Savings- <br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, (Secured Party), by Wade <br />R. Zersen and Holly L. Zersen, {Debtors), of a Lease dazed <br />January 16, 1984, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc., is the Lessor <br />and Wade R. Zersen and Holly L. Zersen are the Lessees or <br />Assignees of the original Lease, such Lease commenced January <br />16, 1984, and terminates January 15, 2019, and pertains to: <br />Lot 25 and the Southerly lU Feet of Lot 24, having <br />a lake front footage of 113 Feet and situated on <br />the West side of the West portion of Kuester Lake, <br />and being on a part of the E~SW4, Section Thirteen <br />(13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />bounded on the Westerly side by the common road, <br />and as shown on a plat in the possession of the <br />Lessor. <br />Said Conditional Assignment, to which this Lessor consents <br />was given by said Debtors to Home Federal Savings and Loan Asso- <br />ciation of Grand Island (Secured Party), as additional security <br />for payment of a Note (Bond) in the amount of Eighty Thousand <br />Six Hundred ($80,60U.UU) Dollars, and a Financing Statement <br />covering the above-described premises and securing the payment <br />of said Note (Bond). <br />Such assignment to remain effective until said No,Ge„~(Bond):. <br />is paid. <br />f <br />PYesi nt'_o :_ uestef~ai a Inc <br />r: <br />,, <br />STATE OF NEBRSAKA } `' <br />COUNTY OF HALL } <br />Before me, a Notary Public, qualified in said County, <br />personally came, Lioyd Lundin, President of Koester Lake, Inc., <br />a corporation, known to me to be the President and identical per- <br />son who signed the foregoing isntrument, and acknowledged the ex- <br />ecution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such officer <br />apd the voluntary act and deed of said Corporation. <br />WI2NESS my hand and Notarial Seal t e d to last above writ- <br />ten.
