<br />therefrom that part thereof conveyed to the
<br />State of Nebraska by Niarranty Decd recorded
<br />ir. Book 77, at Page 496.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />with alI the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees` heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantors are
<br />lawfully seized of Gaid premises, that thev are free from
<br />encumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful
