<br />with alI the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees` heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantors are
