<br />83-001924 <br /> <br />REAL ESTATE SECOND MORTGAGE <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Americana Investment Group, Inc., herein called the Mortgagor, <br />in consideration of the sum of Sixty-five Thousand and no/100 <br />Dollars ($65,000.00) does hereby mortgage to A. W. Hedgecock, <br />herein called the Mortgagee, the following-described real estate <br />in Hall County, and State of Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Colonial Apartments Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal <br />sum of Sixty-five Thousand and no/lOO Dollars ($65,000.00) and <br />interest thereon, according to the terms of a certain Promissory <br />Note of even date, executed by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, <br />due the 1st day of June , 1982. <br /> <br />The Mortgagor further agrees to maintain insurance upon the <br />above-described premises in an amount not less than the indebted- <br />ness due the Mortgagee with a loss-payable clause in favor of <br />Mortgagor and Mortgagee as their interests may appear. The <br />Mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes and assessments upon said <br />premises and all other taxes, levies and assessments levied upon <br />this Mortgage and the Note which this Mortgage is given to secure <br />before the same become delinquent. In the event the Mortgagor <br />shall fail to obtain such insurance or pay such taxes before <br />delinquent, the Mortgagee may purchase such insurance and pay <br />such taxes or other liens and shall have a lien secured hereby <br />for the amount so advanced with interest thereon at the rate of <br />fourteen per cent (14%) per annum. <br /> <br />In the event the Mortgagor defaults in the payment of said <br />indebtedness or any installment thereof, or fails to perform any <br />of the other agreements herein, the Mortgagee at his election may <br />declare the e~tirc debt secured by this Mortgage to be due and <br />collectible at once; and may foreclose this Mortgage for the <br />satisfaction thereof. <br /> <br />Signed this 1st day of <br /> <br />By <br /> <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />, 1981. <br /> <br />INC. <br /> <br />./ <br /> <br />~~-" <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br /> <br />ss: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF <br /> <br />Hall <br /> <br />. i <br /> <br />Before Qe, a Notary Public qualified in said County, per- <br />~onally came David E.
